Heard Sri Parmeshwar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pramod Kumar Srivastava, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was engaged on the post of Seasonal Collection Peon (Anusewak) on 16.01.1999, however, there are breaks in his service. The writ petitioner seeks relief for joining as Seasonal Collection Peon and for regularisation. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4.
