The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the husband of the writ petitioner namely late Dinesh Kumar was posted as CT/WM and he expired on 29.07.2020, the writ petitioner was a widow along with two children, according to the writ petitioner, her claim for being accorded compassionate appointment under dying in harness rules is not being considered. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4.
