Principally, the prayer made in the present writ petition is for quashing of the order dated 21.11.2025 passed by the District Program Officer, Budaun cancelling the selection/ appointment of the writ petitioner as Anganwadi Karykatri on the ground that the income certificate has been cancelled. 3. In the opinion of the Court, the selection/ appointment of the writ petitioner has been cancelled on the premise that already the income certificate has been cancelled, thus, it is for the writ petitioner to question the income certificate. 4.
