A preliminary objection has been raised regarding the territorial jurisdiction of this Court particularly when the appointment order was passed from District Burdwan, State of West Bengal and the termination order is of District Tonk, State of Rajasthan. Reliance has been placed upon judgment of Full Bench of this Court in Rajendra Kumar Mishra Vs. Union of India and others, 2005 (1) UPLBEC 108. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the said legal position. 4. In view of above, interference is declined.
