The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was working as contract basis in the year 2015, however, he has not been paid remuneration for the past 28 months since 01.06.2023. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Sri Pramod Kumar Srivastava, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel has produced this Court instructions dated 05.01.2026, according to which, the writ petitioner is not working since March, 2023 and the entire remuneration has been paid, however, he submits that in case the writ petitioner has not been paid remuneration then he should produce the records and the duty chart in that regard. 5.
