The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was working as Junior Assistant, but he has not been accorded his IInd ACP. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the writ petitioner. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 5.
