The case of the writ petitioner is that she is widow of one Subham Singh and however, post his death, now the father-in-law of the writ petitioner and the father of the deceased has staked his claim for certain amounts being the dues. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the name of the father- in-law, Devi Prasad Singh is in the nominee column as available with the bank as there is inter se competing claims in that regard. 4.
