A preliminary objection has been raised on the ground that the writ has been sought at the instance of an Army personnel for release of the pension to which the writ petitioner has to first approach the Armed Force Tribunal having territorial jurisdiction over the matter. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner could not dispute the said fact. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of leaving it open for the writ petitioner to approach the Armed Force Tribunal having territorial jurisdiction over the matter.
