Learned counsel for the writ petitioner is that though by virtue of the order dated 15.06.2025, passed by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, District Basti, the writ petitioners, who are working as Safai Karmachari have been transferred, but the writ petitioners confine their relief for consideration of their representation. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs examination at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4.
