Sri Mohammad Umar Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which a writ, order or direction has been sought in nature of a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondents to Pay the Salary of The petitioner on Basic Pay Scale Rs.66,000/ in place of Basic Pay Scale of Rs.62,200/, along with arrear including interest of the salary from the time of correction within a short stipulated period; and further to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding to the respondent no.02 i.e. to decide the representation dated 14.12.2025 of the petitioner within stipulated time, on account of inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. January 7, 2026 N.S.Rath
