Chief Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Head Constable Civil Police on 10.01.2011, however, on 26.05.2025, he has been transferred from Civil Police to G.R.P. Lucknow, however, relieving order has been passed on 11.08.2025. He submits that as per the Government Order dated 06.05.2025, the relieving is to be made within a period of one week. He further submits that a circular in this regard has been issued on 17.10.2025. Reliance has been placed upon several judgements of this Court including the judgment passed in Special Appeal No. 481 of 2024, decided on 14.05.2024. 3.
