Heard Sri Ashish Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri S.K. Om, learned counsel for respondent No.7. 2. Instructions filed in Court today are taken on record as Appendix-A. 3. On the oral request of learned counsel for the petitioner, he is permitted to implead Examination Controller. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that he suffers from disability. However, when he was undergoing examination, he sought 20 minutes extra time per hour which was denied to him despite request was made. 5. Sri S.K. Om, learned counsel for respondent No.7 submits that no such request was made. He submits that as per clause Nos.6 and 11 of the admit card, the writ petitioner ought to have informed before commencement of the examination.
