Heard Sri Arun Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.K. Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he retired as Sub-Inspector on 30.04.2025. Post retirement of the petitioner, a show cause notice came to be issued on 29.05.2025 to which the writ petitioner tendered his reply but no final decision has been taken. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that whatever might be, the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by respondent No.3. 4. To such a submission, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection and he gracefully accepts the same. 5.
