Court No. - 33 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Awadhesh Kumar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Anup Kumar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Basic Health Worker (B.H.W.) on 25.11.1983, and he superannuated on 30.11.2020 but he has not been paid GPF and Insurance Amount along with 16% interest per annum since 01.12.2020. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by third respondent, Chief Medical Officer, Aligarh. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the third respondent, Chief Medical Officer, Aligarh by 22.01.2026. Thereafter, the third respondent
