Essentially in the present petition, challenge has been raised to the order dated 17.06.2025 cancelling the candidature of the writ petitioner as Anganwadi Karyakatri on the premise that the income certificate has been cancelled. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that liberty be accorded to the writ petitioner to again approach the Court while filing a writ petition once post disposal of the proceedings which the writ petitioner would undertake for setting aside cancellation of the income certificate. 4.
