Heard Sri Dileep Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.K. Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that she is the wife of deceased Satyabhan Singh who was working as Constable and expired on 15.12.2003. The writ petitioner seeks compassionate appointment of her son Himanshu Yadav. 3. An order came to be passed on 15.01.2015 rejecting the claim of the petitioner on the premise that the mother of the applicant who seeks compassionate appointment is already working as Assistant Teacher in Basic Education Department as mentioned in paragraph No.15 of the writ petition. Even otherwise, the present writ petition has been presented before this Court on 18.12.2025 after a period of 10 years. Further the Himanshu Yadav is not before this Court. 4.
