Sri Shakti Shanker Tiwari, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh wherein following relief has been prayed: "(i) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay family pension to petitioner who is handicapped son of Guru Prasad, retired collection Amin, so that justice may be done. (ii) A direction may be given to respondents to decide the representations dated 07.11.2024 (Annexure No.1 to this writ petition) moved by petitioner for family pension to handicapped petitioner/legal heir of Guru Prasad, retired collection Amin, by speaking and reasoned order within specific period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, so that justice may be done.
