Heard Sri Awadhesh Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pramod Kumar Srivastava, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Medical Officer 'Ayush' on contractual basis on 01.01.2014, however, a first information report stood lodged against the writ petitioner being case crime no. 193 of 2020, under Sections 304, 306 IPC. The writ petitioner was enlarged on bail on 01.02.2023, however, the services of the writ petitioner was terminated on 19.02.2021. The writ petitioner claims to have been acquitted but he has not been accorded reinstatement. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4.
