The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was selected on the post of constable U.P. Police and appointed on 14.09.1994 and he was promoted on the post of Sub Inspector on 05.11.2013. The writ petitioner stakes his claim for benefits of First ACP. 3.
