The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was though entitled to participate in interview for the post of Mainstreaming of Ayush which was started from 26.12.2025 in pursuance of the advertisement dated 12.12.2024 but the writ petitioner was not called and he was not informed. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the fourth respondent, Chief Medical Officer, District Azamgarh. 5.
