Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the father of the writ petitioner, late Mohan Lal Sharma who was permanent and regular employee and was posted on Class IV post dies in harness on 13.12.2024. The writ petitioner claims compassionate appointment. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the second respondent, Commissioner Rural Development U.P. 21 Vidhan Sabha Marg, Lucknow. 5.
