The case of the writ petitioner is that he seeks transfer from Commissionerate Ghaziabad to his home District- Aligarh or any other adjoining district and he is superannuated within a period of one year. He seeks to rely upon the government order dated 06.05.2025. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the second respondent, Inspector General of Police, Establishment, Police Head Quarter, Lucknow, U.P. 5.
