Heard Sri Shyam Kumar (A/S 1231/2012) holding brief of Shri Ramesh Chandra Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pramod Kumar Srivastava, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents as well as Shri Ashok Kumar Pandey has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 3. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of peon on 01.01.1981 and thereafter appointed on the post of driver on 10.02.1984 and he is superannuated on 31.07.2023 but the writ petitioner has not been granted post retiral benefits and certain amounts as reimbursement. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the fifth respondent, District Supply Officer, Aligarh, District Aligarh.
