The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of ASI/GD on 08.04.1990 and superannuated on 30.11.2021. It is also the case of the petitioner that there was certain period wherein the petitioner was absent and the petitioner had even demonstrated that he was entitled to the salary for the period from July, 2021 to November, 2024. 4. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 5.
