The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed as Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) and she superannuated on 30.06.2025 but she has not been given retiral benefits including encashment of 10 months' earned leave, Arrears of increased Dearness Allowance (DA) installments, Government/Cooperative Insurance amount, General Provident Fund (GPF), and all other pending retiral benefits, along with 18% interest. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4.
