Heard Sri Janardhan Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. Principally, the present petition is for quashing of the show cause notice dated 29.11.2025 whereby not only the writ petitioner has been show-caused but he has been restrained from performing the duties. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the writ petitioner is to submit his reply to the show cause notice, he shall be considered as the writ petitioner convicted in a criminal case though he is enlarged on bail. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall reply to the show cause notice. 5. Be that as it may be, the writ petition is being disposed off. It is open for the petitioner to reply to the show cause notice, if it has not been replied and for that purpose, the writ petitioner shall also file the certified copy of
