Heard Ms. Neetu Pal, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Prem Shanker Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that a notification came to be issued by Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board on 06.01.2022 for appointment on the post of Assistant Operator in Uttar Pradesh Police Video Centre notified 1374 vacancies. The writ petitioner claims to have applied for the post of Assistant Operator, however, a Criminal Case No. 557/2018 arising out of Case Crime No. 920/2017 under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC came to be lodged against the writ petitioner. The writ petitioner was issued admit card, the writ petitioner participated in the selection and she cleared the preliminary eligibility test, call letter was issued for medical examination, the writ petitioner also cleared but though the name of the writ petitioner finds place in the selec
