Heard Sri Lal Chandra Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Awadhesh Kumar Shukla, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner as per the instructions received from his client submits that though the first prayer is for quashing of the charge sheet dated 27.03.2025 but he forecloses the said prayer while pressing the second prayer for concluding the proceedings within time bound period. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the writ petition stands disposed of requiring the authority to conclude the said proceedings within a period of three months giving due opportunity to petitioner.
