The case of the writ petitioner is that a notification came to be issued by Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board on 06.01.2022 for appointment on the post of Assistant Operator in Uttar Pradesh Police Video Centre notified 1374 vacancies. The writ petitioner claims to have applied for the post of Assistant Operator, however, a Criminal Case No. 2671 of 2021 arising out of Case Crime No. 413 of 2020 under Sections 452, 457, 323, 504, 506 IPC came to be lodged against the writ petitioner.
