The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Assistant Consolidation Officer on 21.07.1996 and the writ petitioner superannuated on 28.02.2022, however, the writ petitioner has not been made admissible to ACP post completion of 10 and 16 years particularly when the sole ground is that in the broadsheet the column is not filled and which is the requirement which is to be fulfilled by the respondents themselves for which the writ petitioner has been unnecessarily denuded of the benefits. 3.
