Heard Sri Amit Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Awadhesh Kumar Shukla, learned Standing counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that an advertisement came to be published inviting application for eligible candidates for Police Constable in the year 2023. The writ petitioner claims to have selection and his name found place in select list at serial no. 9041, however, the writ petitioner has not been issued appointment letter despite the fact that he is fully eligible and qualified though the entire basis is loding of a first information report on 24.10.2024 under Sections 115(2), 125, 118(1), 110 BNS-2023 Case Crime No. 0 of 2024.
