The grievance of the writ petitioners is that so far as the writ petitioner no. 1 is concerned he was a party in Writ-A No. 28342 of 2014 wherein prayer had been made to issue appointment in view of the Government Order dated 30.10.1979 and 12.11.1979, the writ petition came to be dismissed on 05.09.2016 and an intra-court appeal/Special Appeal No. 669 of 2016 decided on 20.10.2016 it was observed that when the State Government initiates recruitment process while issuing advertisement on the basis of apprentice certificate, the writ petitioners can stake their claim.
