Heard Sri Devesh Mishra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that she is the widow of Late Kanhaiya Lal Sub Inspector, U.P. Police who was appointed on 10.10.1998 and he expired on 19.06.2023, however, an ex parte order came to be passed that too not served upon the writ petitioner wherein an amount of Rs. 232152/- had been recovered. it is also the contention of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner that there had been no departmental proceedings initiated in this regard.
