The case of the writ petitioner is that the mother of Santosh Kumar since deceased who was an employee in the Police Department in Uttar Pradesh since 12.11.2006 and he was to superannuate on 31.01.2048, however, he expired on 16.08.2025. The writ petitioner is dependent upon her son, she seeks provident fund, gratuity, insurance, family pension, leave encashment. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication by respondent no. 2, Police Commissioner, Commissionerate, Lucknow, District Lucknow. 4.
