The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is participated in the selections conducted by Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission, Lucknow bearing no. 8 Examination-2022. The writ petitioner claims to have cleared written test, typing test and interview, however, he has not been accorded joining on the premise that there is a Criminal Case bearing no. 0049 of 2025 under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) BNS read with Section 3/4 of the DP Act.
