The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Junior Clerk in Bal Vikas Sewa Evam Pushtahar Department in the year 2003 and was promoted as Senior Assistant and further as Head Assistant in the year 2014. However, on his own request, an order came to be passed on 15.06.2025 transferring the writ petitioner from Mau to Ghazipur. Thereafter again by virtue of the order dated 15.09.2025 without there being any request, the writ petitioner has been transferred to Etah from Ghazipur.
