The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner happens to be the wife of Late Vijay Bahadur Singh Constable who died on duty on 26.04.2009 and the writ petitioner claims extraordinary pension. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for according extraordinary pension. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by second respondent, Addl.
