The case of the writ petitioner is that the father of the petitioner no. 2 Late Sunil Kumar was posted at Mukhya Arakshi in PAC-11the Vahini, he expired on 28.06.2019, however, the writ petitioner seeks claim for compassionate appointment but the verification of the character of the petitioner no. 2 has not been done which is pending before the respondent no. 3, District Magistrte, Kanpur Nagar. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the grievance of the writ petitioner redressed by respondent no. 3 in collaboration with respondent no. 2. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the wri
