The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the petitioner's husband, late Ajay Kumar Singh was working as a Supervisor at Social Welfare Office Basti, District Basti and he died in harness on 03.02.2023. The writ petitioner claims compassionate appointment. Though correspondences were made and inputs were required to be furnished from the writ petitioner, but the writ petitioner has not been accorded compassionate appointment. 3.
