Heard Sri Himanshu Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Jitendra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the father of the writ petitioner, late Shyam Lal was a Seenchpal in Irrigation and Water Resources Department and he expired on 25.03.2022. The writ petitioner staked his claim for compassionate appointment. Though queries were made and inputs were required from the writ petitioner, which he has to be submitted, however, no final decision has been taken regarding compassionate appointment. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs examination at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4.
