The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the father of the writ petitioner is a Gramin Chowkidar aged about 89 years and the writ petitioner stakes his claim for being appointed on the post of Gramin Chowkidar. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs examination at the first instance by Respondent no.4. 4.
