The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Junior Engineer (Civil) on 18.12.2000 and he was accorded Ist ACP on 18.12.2010 and the IInd ACP on 18.12.2016. Thereafter he was accorded promotion on the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) on 16.02.2017. According to the writ petitioner, his claim for re-fixation of his salary in the Grade-Pay of Rs. 6600/- w.e.f. 29.03.2017, the date his juniors have been accorded promotion as per Government Orders dated 05.11.2014 and 18.06.2024. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ
