Essentially, in the present writ petition, challenge has been raised to the show cause notice dated 25.09.2018 show causing the writ petitioner. The present writ petitioner has been presented before this Court in the month of December 2025. More than 7 years have passed. There is nothing on record to show any ground so as to condone the delay and laches. 3. Be that as it may be, it is always open for the writ petitioner to respond to the show cause notice, in case he has not responded and once the same is done, orders would be passed, if not already passed. 4.
