The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner happens to be a Sub-Inspector in Civil Police. He was transferred to Chitrakoot from GRP Line Prayagraj on 21.08.2025 and thereafter he is posted at P.S. Mau in Chitrakoot. According to the writ petitioner, his family is already stationed at Prayagraj and the the petitioner's daughter Ananya Tripathi is studying in Class-IXth in St. Mary's Convent Inter College, Prayagraj and his daughter Rudraksh Tiwari is studying in Class VIIIth in St. Joseph's College, Prayagraj.
