The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed on the post of Legal Support Officer on 27.03.2023, however, the writ petitioner has not been paid salary from the Month April 2023 to September 2023. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs examination at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4.
