Heard Sri Anuj Chaturvedi (AoR No.A/A 0813/2021) holding brief of Sri Ghan Shyam, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Vivek Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the husband of the writ petitioner was appointed as Passenger Tax Superintendent on 22.09.1990 and he was promoted as Passenger Tax Officer on 12.11.2009. He retired on 31.01.2021 and expired on 13.12.2021. According to the writ petitioner, the Third Grade Pay Scale of Rs.6600/- has not been paid to the writ petitioner, though he is was entitled and he was expired. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs examination at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4.
