Heard Sri Praveen Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Vivek Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner was appointed as a Medical Officer in Provincial Medical Service on 28.08.1995, however, the writ petitioner has preferred an application for V.R.S. in which a report has been sought, but no final decision has been taken. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be considered at the first instance by Respondent no.1, Principal Secretary, Medical Health, Government of U.P. Lucknow. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to prefer a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and the certified copy of the order
