At the very outset, Sri Ramendra Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein questioning the order dated 09.12.2020 cancelling the order of regularisation, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the same. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
