At the very outset, Sri Akhilesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent nos.1 & 2 to consider the appointment of petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Worker at Anganwadi Kendra Village Chiriyadah, Police Station Sungarhi, Tehsil & District Pilibhit and issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25.9.2025 (Annexure No.7 to the writ petition), with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the same. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. January 6, 2026 A
