The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was engaged as Mali/Chaukidar in the year 1986 in Forest Department and his claim stood accrued on 31.03.2003 for regularization rule, he was regularized on 25.08.2011 and he retired on 31.07.2022 but he has not been paid pension. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to consider the claim and to decide the representation. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by third respondent, Divisional Forest Officer, Mahoba, District Mahoba. 5.
